Kili never fully fit in among the dwarves. His brother Fili and Uncle Thorin were no exception in making him feel like an outsider. His height made him taller than most dwarves and his weapon of choice being a bow and arrow finished off the image of a strange elf, dwarf, boy. But when Kili finally begins to bond with his brother, something no one ever imagine occurs. The string of events to follow forces Kili to grow up a lot faster than he ever wished to and the image of an elf-boy that he so wished to hide, leads him headfirst into a journey he wishes he'll never forget.
