The Last Wood Elf by L8Bleumr [Explicit]

When Mirkwood is destroyed, there is only one survivor, an elfling named Legolas. He is the last of his kind, the last wood elf. Eventually he is brought to Rohan where King Théoden takes him into his home and raises him along with his son, Théodred and his nephew Eomer. The boys develop a strong bond and swear their loyalty to one another. Although Legolas is brought up in a world of men, he longs to someday return to his home and, along with his adopted brothers, cleanse it of the evil malice that dwells there and rebuild the elven city, even if he is the last. *Warning* Not your typical Legolas story. Legolas’ history is strictly AU while the rest loosely follows book/movie verse (mind you I said loosely.)

Melpomaen the Elfling by Glorfindel [Explicit]

Melpomaen is a reborn elfling. He has two fathers because Saruman cursed one of them to fall pregnant to the next elf they saw - that unfortunate elf was Legolas. Mel was born with all his father, Erestor's, memories and intelligence and causes mayhem wherever he goes. He is probably the cutest, naughtiest and baddest elfling anywhere and yet he steadfastly refuses to believe he is anything but well behaved. Erestor is the only elf to have ever suffered a migraine; he hopes they will go when Mel is fifty and leaves home.
Wherever Mel goes there is uproar. Things become worse when he finds out that the Valar have already assigned him a soul mate and that a new baby brother is on the way, who is also reborn. Who are Mel's first set of parents and why does Saruman want to capture him. How did Mel manage to stab the wizard in the eye with an arrow and why is Sauron so interested in him? Also, why have the Valar assigned Gandalf to be his guide?
The story follows Mel through his, not always easy, childhood until he becomes an adult, finding out about his true origins on the way. Will he choose to be good or will he embrace evil? It could go either way.

Faded Light: Book II by Elvenfixation [Explicit]

This is Book II of my LOTR series Faded Light. The story mostly takes place about a hundred years of so before the War of the Ring. There are two main settings in Books I and II, Mirkwood and Far Harad, where Legolas has been living as a slave courtesan for many years. Everyone in Mirkwood believes he was killed years ago when as a young warrior his patrol was ambushed and massacred by Men. He was taken south as a slave and sold to a cruel whoremaster. In Book I, he is mute as a result of everything he has gone through and becomes known to the Haradrim as Dafi, which means mute one. After a war in Harad, he and the daughter he has while a slave are bought by Javad, the King of Far Harad.

Meanwhile, in Mirkwood, Thranduil has been slowly fading out of grief over losing his son, but Elrond has managed to keep him alive.

And Legolas’ cousin, Leralonde, who is now Thranduil’s heir, has been having a secret affair with Saelbeth, one of the court advisors. He and Saelbeth have kept the relationship secret for years because they know Leralonde’s father, Ruthlagor, would react really (really) badly to knowing his son is in love with a male Elf.

Saelbeth gets pregnant much to his and Leralonde’s surprise. They know that if it is a boy, the child would be in line to the throne of Mirkwood, so they won’t be able to keep their secret much longer. But while traveling to Rivendell, Saelbeth’s escort falls into an Orc ambush. He survives, barely, and Leralonde rushes to Rivendell to be with him and their unborn child. (End of Book I.)

Book II picks up several years later, Legolas and his daughter, Mel, have been living under the protection of the Haradrim King, and Legolas has become the King’s favorite courtesan and been drawn into the intrigues of Menah, chief priest of Sauron’s temple in Far Harad.

Also, Legolas' adopted older brother, Feredir, who was mentioned several times in Book I is finally introduced here. He has been away from Mirkwood for years, looking for any trace of Legolas, which he has so far not found.

Those are the main points so far, so if you want to jump into the story from here, be my guest...

A place for all my small pieces that don't justify a story to their own but don't deserve to rot in a file in the back of my document folder because I'm not going to make them any longer. Also the future home to any B2Me I ever do. (Maybe next year?)

Jeli in Valinor by Glorfindel [Explicit]

King Oropher and Lord Cirdan have sailed to Valinor and are reunited with their daughter, Jeli, who died over a thousand years before. They take her on a journey to meet the rest of her family at Ereodan's palace (he is the reborn Gil-Galad Ereinion) and all manner of exciting events happen.
After they arrive, Nerdanel tries to claim Jeli on the basis that she was once Feanor. Erestor throws a hissy fit and storms off to complain to the Valar when he finds he does not have as much power as he thought he had. Ingwe declares war on the kings of the new realms. Ereolas has a horrid foursome. Cirdan has an ultra-quick childhood after being reborn - he is the only baby with a beard. Thranduil is just as loud as he ever was.
There is a whole cast of characters, with nearly every elf who starred in Ereolas: Oropher Unbound making appearances in the story.
Plus - Jeli in Valinor is the only story to feature THE VALINOR SLASH AWARDS!!! The elves hold an awards ceremony and give prizes for the best stories - what could possibly go wrong?

A novella of the House of Finwë from the Darkening of Valinor to the fall of the Last Alliance upon the slopes of Mount Doom. Told by the long silenced voices of: Irimë Finwëion the Mistress, Glorfindel Fëanorion the Savior, Maeglin the Traitor, Gildor the Bastard, Celebrimbor the Martyr, and Celebrían the Victim.

“Vengeance calls me hence…Yet I am not the only valiant in the valiant people. And have ye not all lost your King? And what else have ye not lost, cooped here in a narrow land between the mountains and the sea? ...Fair shall the end be, though long and hard shall be the road! Say Farwell to bondage! But say farewell also to ease! Say Farwell to the weak! ... Journey light: but bring with you your swords! For we will go further then Oromë, endure longer then Tulkas: we will never turn back from pursuit. After Morgoth to the ends of the Earth! War shall he have and hatred undying!”–Fëanor

At the beginning of the 20th Century, Count Glorfindel's world is thrown into disarray as he takes on what proves to be his most important case. He could lose everything, even his life.
What is the secret of the Cullinan Diamond and why have so many died in pursuit of it? The British Crown Jewels contain a secret so important that a shadowy society guards it with their lives. The Royal Family is also keeping a secret – one so explosive that if revealed it could rock the foundations of the British monarchy forever.
Glorfindel investigates a seemingly simple country house theft. The method of robbery and the goods stolen lead him to suspect that a further, much larger burglary is about to take place. His inquiries lead to attempts on his life, dead ends, treachery, murder, dangerous secrets and a final massive deception originating from thousands of years before when the Sons of Feanor waged war in Middle-earth.
Will Glorfindel solve the case and save the world as we know it? Read on and find out!
